Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel like a conversation where you're heard, supported, and never judged. Clients often tell me they feel comfortable opening up with me because I bring both empathy and real-world tools into each session. I know that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all—so I tailor my approach to fit you, not just the diagnosis.

You should know that I genuinely care about helping you build a more balanced, empowered life—whether that means learning to manage anxiety, navigating ADHD, working through past trauma, improving your relationships, or finding your voice in your own story. I’ll show up for you consistently, with compassion, honesty, and a strong belief that change is always possible—even when it doesn’t feel that way yet.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, structured, and tailored to meet your specific needs. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you better understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected.

Together, we’ll focus on what’s working, identify areas where you feel stuck, and build skills to support change and emotional growth. Whether we’re addressing anxiety, substance use, ADHD, relationship dynamics, or emotional regulation, I aim to help you feel more empowered, resilient, and in control of your life.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling more understood, grounded, and equipped with practical tools to manage life’s challenges. You can expect to gain deeper insight into your thoughts and emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and feel more confident in your ability to make meaningful changes.

Over time, you may notice more self-compassion, improved communication, and a stronger connection to yourself and those around you. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where healing feels possible—and where you begin to trust your ability to grow.
