Great to meet you!

I received my Bachelor and Masters degrees at Dallas Baptist University. I studied psychology for my undergraduate, and counseling for my graduate work. I have worked as a professional counselor since 2007. I have a deep desire to help people navigate through the struggles and difficulties that life brings, and it is my joy to come along side them, encourage them, build them up, help them to learn healthy patterns, heal from trauma, and to walk in the fullness of life that God intended for them.

My approach to therapy

Life is challenging and sometimes we feel stuck, and other times we are in the pits. I am here to listen, to encourage, to speak truth, to challenge you, and to help you see your purpose. As a Christian, my faith in God is foundational for me personally, and also in counseling.

What you can expect from me

My hope for you in counseling is that you come and feel safe, heard, understood, cared for, challenged, encouraged, motivated, and built up. I hope to equip you with the tools needed to overcome whatever obstacles have come your way, and to motivate you to do whatever it takes, to live a life you love living. I hope to encourage you in your faith and help you to see that with God, all things are possible, to those who believe.
