Great to meet you!

I made the decision to become a social worker in the 90's in order to give back to the community. I had discovered what it was like to experience grief and loss at an early age; quickly realizing how leaning into the community and mental health experts can have such a positive impact on my life. As my career developed over the years, I continued to see the importance of personal growth and having the constant willingness to confront the hardships life presents.

My approach to therapy

I strive to ensure each of my clients are empowered throughout treatment. Therapy is a personal and unique journey for the individual choosing to take control of their life.
