Great to meet you!

My goal as a therapist is to help people feel less alone in whatever they may be facing. You may feel overwhelmed by life or perhaps trapped in it. Either way, there is a path forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, reflective, and future-focused. I have had the honor of working with many people as they navigated complicated emotional and behavioral patterns while building a renewed sense of self, meaning, connection, and hope.

What you can expect from me

I help adults navigate life transitions, grief, identity shifts, and emotional rebuilding. Many of my clients are reinventing themselves after loss, relationship changes, job transitions, or periods of emotional exhaustion. Together we can address any challenge you are up against and move toward purpose, resilience, and clarity.

I look forward to meeting you...S
