Great to meet you!

Life can get heavy. Anxiety, depression, relationship stress, or just feeling stuck can wear you down and make everyday life harder than it should be. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

I’m a Therapist with over 20 years of experience helping people through difficult seasons—whether that’s constant worry, feeling disconnected from your partner, or feeling like you’ve lost your footing in life. My style is down-to-earth, supportive, and practical. Clients often tell me they feel comfortable quickly and appreciate that I’m real with them.

I don’t lecture or tell you what you should do. We’ll work together to understand what’s keeping you stuck and find realistic ways to move forward. I’ll help you notice unhelpful thought patterns, manage overwhelming emotions, and build skills you can actually use in daily life and relationships.

My goal is simple: to help you feel steadier, more confident, and more like yourself again—and to start feeling some relief sooner rather than later.

My approach to therapy

Talking with me in therapy is like having a real conversation where you don’t have to pretend everything’s okay.

I’m not here to judge you or throw around big words—I’m here to listen, help you understand what you’re feeling, and work with you to figure out what’s getting in the way of feeling better.

A lot of people come in feeling stuck, anxious, down, or overwhelmed by family stuff, work, or life in general. We’ll take it one step at a time. I’ll help you get clearer on what’s going on, what you want to change, and how to start feeling more in control. We’ll talk about patterns that might be holding you back, and I’ll give you tools to deal with stress, relationships, and your own thoughts in a healthier way.

You don’t need to have all the answers—or even the right words. Just come as you are.

What you can expect from me

Life can be hard. I've felt the pain of loss, anxiety, heartache, & anger. But I've learned strategies that help my clients feel better. I'll work with you to get you on a better track. No judgement here! Call me! I will support you in a safe environment where we set goals and work towards them together. From day one, most clients feel a sense of empowerment and hope. I don’t make you better. Instead, we collaborate to build confidence & skills that lead to a happier & more fulfilling life.
