Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing psychiatry and psychotherapy services in Georgia. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Armstrong State University in 2014 and my Master of Science in Nursing (APRN) in Family Psychiatric Mental Health from the University of South Alabama in 2022.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach entails offering active listening and communication, patient-centered care, and psychoeducation. I prioritize transparency and practicality in my approach. By being upfront and straightforward, I help clients gain a clear understanding of their challenges and the steps needed to overcome them.

What you can expect from our first session

Typical outcomes include improved coping strategies, enhanced emotional regulation, and increased overall well-being. Ultimately, my goal is to equip patients with the tools and insights they need to lead fulfilling lives and maintain their mental health long after treatment ends.
