Great to meet you!

I have 30 years of experience working in the mental health and substance abuse fields. I have extensive training and experience working with adults with co-occurring disorders such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. I guard each client's privacy and fully invested in helping them meeting their goals. Client's will foster self-discovery and personal development through increasing their self-esteem and self-awareness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is empowering clients to increase their skill set to manage their mental health symptoms. I have an eclectic style as each person is unique. I appreciate feedback throughout our sessions to ensure your time spent with me is of value. Teach client's how to live in the moment, develop healthy tools to cope with their stress, and regulate their emotions. Learning how to process overwhelming emotions and improving decision making are important aspects of my practice.

What you can expect from me

Provide a compassionate, empathetic, and safe environment for personal growth and development. Goal setting and treatment plan based on client's needs and strengths. Feelings of acceptance and hope. I will give you the support and tools to manage your depression, anxiety, and sobriety, and create a wellness toolbox to change your outlook on life.
