Great to meet you!

As a licensed professional counselor, I consider it a true honor to support you through life's storms and help you move toward a more peaceful, grounded existence. With over 17 years of experience, I've worked with adults who've faced profound loss as well as meaningful victories.

I help clients identify and address thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be holding them back from personal growth. In our sessions, we work together to understand how your beliefs influence your feelings and behaviors, often shaped by early childhood experiences and relationships. With commitment to the process, clients begin to see meaningful growth and positive changes in their lives. Let's get started!

My approach to therapy

My approach in working with individuals is based on an Adlerian perspective which means that we will collaboratively identify how your thoughts and beliefs impact your feelings and behaviors and how those feelings and behaviors stem from your early childhood experiences, family of origin, and connected relationships with others.

What you can expect from me

You can expect the first session to be a relaxed, supportive conversation focused on us getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you in, your background, and what you hope to gain from counseling. I’ll also explain how I work, go over confidentiality, and answer any questions you have. There’s no pressure, just the opportunity to see if it feels like we’re a good fit.
