Great to meet you!

I see therapy as a space where we can roll up our sleeves and step into the deeper parts of your story together. Sometimes the journey feels muddy and heavy, but you don’t have to walk it alone. Side by side, we’ll move through the stuck places, gently clearing the way for clarity, healing, and growth.

I work with individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, and the weight of everyday stress. These challenges can leave you feeling disconnected, uncertain, or stuck, but therapy can help you reclaim your sense of direction and empower you to move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

My role is to offer a supportive, compassionate space while also challenging you to lean into the work that brings lasting change. I believe growth happens when we explore the connections between past and present, thoughts and behaviors, emotions and actions. Together, we’ll make sense of what feels overwhelming and create tools to help you navigate life with more strength and ease.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is not about fixing you because you are not broken. It’s about uncovering your resilience, reconnecting with your inner wisdom, and finding new ways forward. Wherever you are in your journey, I’ll meet you there, and we’ll take the next steps together.
