Great to meet you!

I’m Stefani, and I work with adults and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, relationship challenges, family stress, identity concerns, and major life transitions. Sometimes you know exactly what’s wrong. Sometimes you just know you don’t feel like yourself anymore. Either way, you don’t have to have the right words or a perfect story to begin.

I don’t rush people or push past their pace, and I don’t flinch at the hard stuff. My goal is to offer a steady, compassionate space where you can slow down, understand what you’re carrying, and begin moving toward change in a way that feels supportive and manageable.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and body-informed. I draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems, somatic, attachment-based, and narrative approaches based on your needs and goals.

Therapy may focus on processing trauma or difficult experiences, managing anxiety and emotional overwhelm, working through grief and loss, improving relationships, developing regulation skills, rebuilding self-trust, or navigating a major life transition. We’ll work together to understand what is happening beneath the surface rather than forcing you into a one-size-fits-all approach.

I believe meaningful change happens when you feel supported enough to slow down, become curious about your patterns, and develop new ways of responding. We’ll move at a pace that respects where you are while still creating space for growth.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what is happening now, what you’ve been struggling with, what you want to change, and what has or hasn’t helped before.

You don’t have to tell me everything on day one, and you won’t be pushed into a deep dive before you’re ready. We’ll start where you are and figure out the rest together.

Over time, therapy can help you feel more grounded, better understand your emotions and patterns, navigate anxiety or grief, strengthen relationships, reconnect with yourself, and move through difficult experiences with greater flexibility and self-compassion.

If you’re tired of feeling like you have to figure everything out on your own, we can start there.
