Great to meet you!

I am Stefania Sarti, LMFT, a Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience helping adults, families, and children navigate mental health challenges. My work spans private practice, crisis intervention, residential programs, and outpatient psychiatric care. I take an integrative, dynamic approach, blending mindfulness, creative expression, and energy therapy to support clients in achieving holistic well-being.

My approach to therapy

My practice is rooted in transpersonal psychology, blending humanistic and person-centered approaches inspired by Jung’s belief in our innate drive for wholeness. I view symptoms as opportunities for spiritual growth rather than pathology, inviting transformative healing. My role is to create a space where you can connect with your true Self, free from external pressures. My heart-centered, strength-based approach integrates creative expression, energy therapy, and modalities tailored to you.

What you can expect from me

Through our conversations, we’ll work together to identify your goals and desires, giving you a sense of direction in the therapeutic process. It’s important to me that you feel empowered and engaged as we navigate your challenges together. My approach is collaborative; I see therapy as a partnership where your insights are invaluable. I am here to guide and support you, helping you uncover your strengths and pathways for growth.
