Great to meet you!

By the time many of my clients find me, they've already spent more time in a doctor's office than with their own friends in the past year. They're exhausted, a little angry, and wondering if therapy will actually help. I've supported hundreds of people through fertility treatments, loss, and the hard decisions about what comes next. I've lived my own version of it too. I won't tell you you're too stressed. And you'll never hear me say, "stay positive." I'm here to be the person in your corner who actually gets it, and we'll likely laugh a little together along the way.

My approach to therapy

I'm not the nodding-and-note-taking kind of therapist. Our sessions are genuine conversations. I'll gently challenge the story you're telling yourself when it's not serving you, and sit quietly with you when that's what the moment needs. I bring real clinical knowledge of fertility treatments and loss to every session, so you're not stuck explaining medical basics before we get to what's actually going on. Some weeks we'll dig into the hard stuff, if that feels right. Other weeks you'll find you need to vent, laugh, or just be a person who isn't currently mid-cycle. Both are the work.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simple: tell me your story so far, in whatever order it comes out. Where you are in your family building plan, what's worked, what hasn't, and what's actually keeping you up at night. From there, we build a plan together, not a script I hand you. I'll check in on the practical stuff (upcoming cycles, appointments, decisions on the horizon) and the harder stuff underneath it (grief, resentment, identity, your relationships, whatever's real for you that week). Finding the right fit is the hardest part, and now you've done that. Get in touch. Let's see if we can figure this out.
