Great to meet you!

Hello! If you are reading my profile, you are searching for someone to help you navigate some of life's challenges. I understand how these challenges may become obstacles along your wellness journey. However cliché, I make an effort to meet you where you are. My goal is to provide support, affirmation and guidance to help you cultivate the best version of you.

My approach to therapy

I don't endorse any particular therapy modalities. Instead, I utilize a mix of talk therapy and psychoeducational, science-based tools to help you navigate through your challenges. Whether you are struggling with school or work-related stressors, anxiety, depression or family issues, I tailor my approach to meet your needs.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create an affirming and warm environment where you can be transparent and uninhibited in sharing your struggles. As "the facilitator" in our therapeutic relationship, I will introduce you to tools that will enable you to take the lead in creating the life you envision for yourself.
