Great to meet you!
I know that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re carrying so much on your own. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and never judged.
I’ve worked in the helping professions for nearly two decades and have spent the last 10 years specializing in supporting children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Registered Art Therapist (ATR), and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. My unique background allows me to understand the connection between our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and physical well-being, helping me take a whole-person approach to healing.
I have a special passion for working with parents of children with autism spectrum disorder, as well as women navigating anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, life transitions, and the emotional challenges that often accompany chronic illness or autoimmune conditions. Whether you’re processing a new autism diagnosis, struggling to balance caregiving with your own needs, or simply feeling exhausted by life’s demands, you don’t have to face it alone.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based. Together, we’ll build practical tools, strengthen resilience, and help you reconnect with the version of yourself that’s been buried beneath stress, overwhelm, or uncertainty. I believe healing isn’t about becoming someone new; it’s about creating space to become more fully yourself.
