Great to meet you!

Life can ask a lot of us. Between work, family responsibilities, relationships, and everything in between, it’s easy to put yourself last and lose sight of what you need.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can step back from the noise, gain perspective, and focus on yourself. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing on you, strengthen the tools and relationships that support you, and work toward greater balance, confidence, and well-being.

I work with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, disconnected, or stuck and want to find a healthier way forward. You may be navigating a difficult relationship, juggling competing demands, adjusting to a life transition, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

Clients often tell me they appreciate my balance of warmth, humor, and practical strategies. You’ll leave sessions not only feeling supported, but with tools you can use right away. My approach is focused on helping you build insight, navigate challenges, and work toward the goals that matter most to you. Together, we can explore what may be getting in the way, identify your strengths, and develop practical strategies to help you feel more confident and connected in your life.

What you can expect from me

We can start wherever you are. Reaching out for support can be difficult, but taking that first step can be an important investment in yourself and your well-being.

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what brings you in, and explore what you hope will feel different moving forward.

I’ll take time to understand your experiences, relationships, current stressors, and what you’ve been navigating. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of whether we’re a good fit.

My goal is for you to feel seen and supported, with a clearer sense of where you’d like to go from here.
