Great to meet you!

I bring seven years of expertise as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in psychotherapy. My journey spans diverse demographics, from children to older adults in intensive outpatient programs within underserved communities, including the homeless population. As the previous Clinical Director of a Behavioral Health Department in an FQHC, I've honed my skills in aiding adolescents and adults navigating symptoms of depression, anxiety/panic, and trauma processing.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic ethos revolves around compassion, cultural sensitivity, and a humanistic, nonjudgmental approach. I prioritize fostering collaborative relationships that empower individuals to actively steer their lives in alignment with their values and self-awareness.

Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care, I leverage evidence-based practices to assist clients in achieving their objectives.

What you can expect from me

In our inaugural session, anticipate a solution-focused approach. Together, we'll uncover attainable coping strategies, delve into your thought processes, and equip you with tools to manage emotions effectively. Your needs and aspirations will be at the forefront of every session, as I strive to create a safe space where you feel supported and empowered to initiate meaningful changes in your life.
