My approach is one of collaboration where I understand my patient is the expert on themselves and where I bring knowledge and experience with mental health, human development and relationships. I have over 10 years of providing individual talk therapy. I have an undergraduate degree majoring in Child and Family Studies with minors in Spanish and African-American Studies. My graduate studies are Advance Generalist Social Work.

I use a strengths-based therapeutic approach using components of cognitive therapy, motivational interviewing and solution-focused treatment.
