Great to meet you!

I’m Steffi Antony, DNP, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with eight years of experience in the psychiatric/mental health setting.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I take time to understand your concerns, goals, and overall well-being—not just your symptoms. Together, we’ll develop a treatment plan that feels practical, evidence-based, and tailored to you.

I believe psychiatric care should feel like a partnership. I’ll explain treatment options clearly, listen to what is and isn’t working, and make decisions with you. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being an active part of your care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, personalized, and evidence-based. I take time to understand your symptoms, experiences, goals, and what is most important to you before developing a treatment plan.

I believe psychiatric care works best as a partnership. I’ll explain treatment options clearly, including medications when appropriate, and we’ll make decisions together based on your preferences and needs. I also consider factors such as sleep, stress, relationships, physical health, and daily routines because mental health is rarely just about one symptom or diagnosis.

My goal is to provide thoughtful care that feels practical, supportive, and tailored to you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and understand what brings you to care. We’ll talk about your current concerns, mental health history, medications, medical history, lifestyle, and treatment goals.

I’ll ask questions to better understand the full picture, answer any questions you have, and discuss possible next steps. By the end of the visit, we’ll work together on a treatment plan that feels appropriate, realistic, and tailored to your needs.
