Great to meet you!

I’m someone who truly values connection, compassion, and authenticity in the healing process. Clients often tell me they feel heard, understood, and safe from the very first session—and that means everything to me.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. My approach blends evidence-based care with a holistic touch, offering therapy, medication management, life coaching, and soul care, depending on your needs. I believe in treating the whole person—not just symptoms.

You won’t find judgment here. Just a supportive space where you can be yourself, explore what’s holding you back, and start building a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized. I believe in meeting you where you are—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually—and walking alongside you at your pace.

I blend evidence-based practices with a holistic understanding of well-being, which may include therapy, medication management, life coaching, and soul care. I listen deeply, without judgment, and focus on uncovering the root of your struggles—not just managing symptoms.

Together, we’ll co-create a plan that supports your healing, growth, and long-term resilience. My goal is for you to feel seen, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll take time to understand your symptoms, history, and goals. We’ll explore treatment options—including whether medication may be helpful—and create a personalized plan that may also include therapy, lifestyle support, or coaching.

This is a safe, judgment-free space where your questions are welcome. Follow-up visits will help us monitor progress and make any needed adjustments.
