Great to meet you!

I am licensed in NY with 27 years of professional work experience, helping clients who are coping with addictions, relationship and family conflicts, trauma and abuse. I believe in treating people with respect, sensitivity and compassion. I will taylor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I ask questions, listen closely, make an assessment of clients strengths as well as challenges. Check in with client to ensure that I am getting the story straight and not make assumptions. I view treatment as a collaboraton between client and therapist that is guided by the clients need and not the therapist.

What you can expect from our first session

That the client has been both heard and understood. That the therapist has been able to help further client understanding of self and is able to improve client skill-set in managing the identified challenges that are causing symptoms for which the client is being treated.
