Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing holistic, person-centered care for children, adolescents, and adults. At Nova Mind Wellness, I offer medication management alongside supportive talk therapy, creative expression, and movement-based healing including practices like art, music, journaling, and physical activity- all tailored to each person’s individual needs.

My care is grounded in clinical expertise, cultural competence, and deep respect for your story. I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of psychiatric concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, eating disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other mental health challenges.

Whether you're seeking clarity, emotional balance, or a fresh approach to healing, I aim to create a safe and empowering space where you can reconnect with yourself and move toward meaningful change one step at a time.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, person-centered, and culturally competent. I combine evidence-based psychiatric care with creative and movement-based therapies including art, music, journaling, and physical activity to support healing beyond medication alone. I also provide supportive talk therapy as part of treatment.

At Nova Mind Wellness, we care for the whole person mind and body and for those who desire it, we offer access to a chaplain for spiritual support at no additional cost. Whether you're navigating emotional challenges, seeking personal growth, or managing a psychiatric condition, my goal is to create a safe, respectful space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard, supported, and understood. Each session is a safe space to release, reflect, and take a positive step toward your goals one step at a time. My goal is for you to leave feeling lighter, more in control, and more connected to yourself.

Whether we’re exploring treatment options, talking through life’s challenges, or engaging in creative expression, you can expect a calm, nonjudgmental environment focused on your growth and well-being. Progress may be gradual, but it’s always meaningful and you won’t have to walk that path alone.
