Great to meet you!

Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, setting boundaries or communication? Do you find yourself facing challenges with family dynamics or your personal relationships? Are you a first responder battling the stressors of your duties? Do you need assistance navigating the death or loss of a loved one, workplace/financial stress or the birth of a child? If so, I am happy to help! Whether this is your first time seeking therapy, revisiting therapy, or searching for a new therapist, I extend a warm welcome and deep gratitude. I offer both in person and virtual sessions with flexible scheduling.

I recognize that it takes strength and vulnerability to trust someone with the intricate details of your story. No matter what you find yourself navigating, it would be an honor to be a part of that journey with you. Please reach out to see if we are a good fit!

My approach to therapy

My professional strategy lies in unwavering honesty and transparent communication. My mission is to use evidence-based treatments to empower individuals to achieve a profound understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the thought patterns associated with behaviors that often obstruct progress and hinder the path to positive and enduring change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a safe, supportive space for your healing and growth. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what challenges you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from the process.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you arrive. I’ll guide the conversation with gentle questions to better understand your background, current concerns, and goals. We may explore areas such as stress, relationships, life transitions, or emotional patterns that are affecting you.

This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about therapy, my approach, and how we might work together. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and with a clearer sense of how therapy can support you moving forward.
