Stephanie Abel

Stephanie Abel, RN, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, evidence-based care to adults across a variety of clinical settings. She has experience working in outpatient clinics, partial hospitalization programs, dual diagnosis treatment, adult memory care, assisted living, and inpatient psychiatric units.

Stephanie has a strong background in working with vulnerable populations and individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Her areas of focus include psychotic disorders, trauma-related conditions, and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. She is committed to creating a supportive, respectful space where clients feel heard and understood.

Stephanie takes a collaborative, person-centered approach to care. She emphasizes the importance of medication adherence while also exploring any barriers that may make treatment challenging. During follow-up visits, she works closely with clients to assess progress, adjust treatment plans, and support long-term stability.

She believes in treating each individual with dignity and respect and tailors care plans to meet each client’s unique needs, goals, and life circumstances. When appropriate, Stephanie also incorporates alternative or complementary treatment options to support overall mental wellness.

Stephanie takes time to listen to your concerns, review your history, and develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals.
