Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Stephanie. My passion is to help people I work with find more healing so they can have improved relationships with themselves, others, and life. I graduated from Boise State with my Masters in Social work in 2021. I typically work with teens (13+) and adults. I often utilize EMDR therapy and I'm IFS informed. I also have 3 years of Ketamine Assisted Therapy experience.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is to help clients tap into what their nervous system is holding onto so they can shift stuck negative beliefs, emotions, and memories with evidenced based modalities (like EMDR, IFS, and CBT). I like to help clients learn how to implement skills outside the therapy room so they feel empowered and capable. Just like our physical bodies are naturally geared towards healing, I believe we also have an innate ability to emotionally heal. Sometimes we just need the right tools and help to find more peace and confidence in ourselves and our lives.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect me to create a judgment free space where vulnerable parts of yourself can show up to do deeper healing work. We will jump right in and start exploring the roots to your undesired symptoms and the things that are keeping you stuck. We will create meaningful goals that will help you function and feel better so you can be the best version of you.
