Great to meet you!

I work with individuals who are ambitious and capable but often feel stretched thin trying to keep up with life, goals, and expectations. Many of my clients are professionals or working adults navigating stress, burnout, perfectionism, or self-doubt. I also enjoy working with teenage girls (13+). Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back, set realistic boundaries for your time and energy, manage stress, and find more peace in the present while still working toward meaningful goals for your future.

I’m EMDR-trained and IFS-informed. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Boise State University in 2021.

My approach to therapy

I believe that just like our physical bodies need regular care and maintenance, our minds do too. I like to help clients learn simple, realistic ways to support their mindset and feel better between sessions through everyday coping skills they can actually use. I believe we all have a natural capacity to heal emotionally—sometimes we just need the right tools, guidance, and support to find more peace, confidence, and balance in our lives.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a genuine, judgment-free space where you can show up as your full self and do the deeper work that leads to real change. We’ll get curious about the roots of what’s keeping you stuck and create meaningful goals that help you feel more like yourself; calmer, more confident, and more at ease in your day-to-day life.
