I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialize in working with people struggling with mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, LBGTQ issues, addiction and recovery, and neurodevelopment disabilities specifically autism spectrum disorder.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I practice LGBTQ Affirmative Therapy in working with the LBGTQ community. My secondary license in addiction counseling with a thorough understanding of 12-step recovery & support for those struggling with an addiction or their recovery. I am also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, which is a scientific method for assessing individuals with problem behaviors, studying changes the environment has on these behaviors, & implementing a plan by applying specific techniques to facilitate change.
