Great to meet you!

Hi, there! I have a Master's Degree in Education as well as Professional Counseling and have been assisting individuals on their healing journey since 2010. I am EMDR trained and have completed training in Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I am also a certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I customize therapy to meet each individual's needs; I utilize EMDR, Brainspotting, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems techniques for individuals who have experienced trauma. My approach is client centered and flexible to allow the client to work at their own pace, while also challenging them to move out of their comfort zones when appropriate.

What you can expect from our first session

Every client leaves a session with a focus for the week to bring about change, as well as the tools to implement the change desired. I provide several brain based strategies to assist with calming the central nervous system that the client can utilize between sessions.
