Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting children, adults, and families through life’s challenges. My work is grounded in compassion, connection, and practical strategies that help you feel more confident and at peace.

I specialize in working with women navigating stress, burnout, identity changes, and relationship struggles; young adults adjusting to life transitions; and children coping with trauma, anxiety, or family changes such as divorce.

My background includes extensive training in evidence-based treatments such as Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Circle of Security Parenting (COSP). I bring both clinical expertise and genuine empathy to every session, creating a space where you can explore, heal, and grow without judgment.

Outside of my work, I’m a parent myself and understand firsthand how demanding life can be when you’re caring for others while trying to care for yourself. Therapy with me is a collaborative process—we’ll work together to build insight, restore balance, and help you feel grounded and empowered in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique story. I believe healing happens through connection and that feeling understood is the foundation for change. I draw from evidence-based models like Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and attachment-based approaches such as Circle of Security Parenting (COSP).

Whether we’re focusing on parenting challenges, managing anxiety, navigating life transitions, or rebuilding after loss, I provide a supportive space to explore emotions, develop practical tools, and strengthen resilience. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected—to yourself and to those you love.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals, what’s been most challenging, and what you hope will feel different. I create a safe, relaxed space where you can share openly at your own pace—there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll begin identifying the patterns, strengths, and supports that will guide our work. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
