Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with 13 years of experience in helping others reach their therapeutic goals and achieve meaningful, positive change.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer a judgment free, client-centered therapeutic environment which focuses on exploring and understanding how underlying factors may be contributing to current struggles. I will walk with you through this process as we work to identify unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior that may be keeping you stuck. We will explore how and where we can implement small, meaningful changes throughout various areas of your life to help you move toward positive and lasting change.

What you can expect from our first session

I will help you to identify areas of stress and unhappiness, understand how you got to this point and formulate a manageable plan for helping you reach your treatment goals. You can expect to leave sessions feeling understood, validated, empowered and supported.
