I enjoy reading, nature, tattoos, gaming, cosplay, and concerts. I'm not your average therapist! I have been in recovery since 2013, and love to work with the recovery community! I also have training in Borderline Personality Disorder and enjoy working with all Cluster B Personality types.

I am very passionate about mental health and love connecting with my clients at their level. I use evidence based practices, such as CBT, DBT, REBT, and Mindfulness to assist clients with their problematic behaviors and thoughts. I like to be transparent and honest while delivering empowering suggestions to help clients overcome obstacles. I try to help clients become more self aware and discover ways that they can improve their functioning and environment.

I like to do a lot of assessments to help narrow down symptoms of a diagnosis. There is a lot of self exploration and critical thinking. Client's will get a better grasp on their symptoms and identify triggers. Learn ways to manage and improve their functioning by developing coping skills.
