Great to meet you!

Hello and Welcome! I am passionate about human psychology, behavior and relationships. I love partnering with individuals, couples and families towards healing and growth. I earned my Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at SDSU in 2009 and after 12 years of working with youth and families impacted by sexual abuse, transitioned to private practice in 2022.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Together we will understand you, your goals, values, strengths and challenges. We'll identify what steps will support the healing, change or growth you hope for. I use a variety of approaches including Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused techniques to best support your therapy journey.

What you can expect from our first session

During the first session and throughout the process of therapy, we'll work together to ensure you feel understood and empowered with tools, insights, skills, and resources that help you overcome challenges and have more of what you are wanting for yourself and your relationships.
