My approach to therapy

I approach my clients with an understanding, compassionate, and challenging perspective. I believe every person is an expert in their own lives and occasionally may need a helping guide. I meet you where you are in your healing process and help you through your journey in personal growth. I have enjoyed working with various clientele which include; Spanish speaking populations, Veterans, Active military, First responders, trauma survivors and much more. Allow me to be with you on this new, sometimes, terrifying path to overall well-being by making the decision to schedule an appointment.

What you can expect from me

On your first appointment with me we will get to know each other to make sure we are a good fit. I will ask questions about your past and present to get a better understanding of how we can address your concerns. Based on the information gathered I will provide treatment goals that align with your personal goals, provide a frequency of treatment, and what to expect from working with me. This is also a chance for you to ask any questions you may have for me.
