Great to meet you!

I’m a clinical psychologist with experience helping people through many of the challenges that bring us to therapy, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, and simply feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I know reaching out for support isn’t always easy, and I want therapy to feel comfortable, genuine, and useful. I use evidence-based approaches, but I also believe therapy should fit the person, not the other way around. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you and what will actually help in your day-to-day life.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I use evidence-based approaches and tailor our work to your needs, personality, and goals. I’m here to listen and understand, but I’ll also be active in the process by asking questions, offering new perspectives, and helping you find practical ways to move forward. Therapy is a team effort, and we’ll figure out together what works best for you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s been happening in your life, and what you’d like to be different. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, comfortable, and with a clearer sense of how we can work together.
