Great to meet you!

When people come to me for care, they’re often dealing with stress, anxiety, low mood, or trouble sleeping. Many tell me they’ve been trying to manage things on their own for a long time, but they’re starting to feel overwhelmed or “not like themselves.” Some struggle with focus, motivation, or changes in their relationships and daily routines. Others feel tired, on edge, or like their mind won’t slow down. And many people also feel nervous about reaching out for help, worried about being judged or misunderstood.

If you can relate to any of this, you’re not alone. Most of the patients I work with share these same experiences. What they want—and what I’m here to offer—is a safe, supportive place where they can talk openly, feel heard, receive support and start to understand what’s going on in their mind and body.

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, my goal is to help you feel better and regain a sense of balance and control in your life. Together, we can explore what you’re going through and create a plan that fits your needs. You deserve care that is respectful, compassionate, and focused on your well-being.

If you’re ready to take that step, I’d be honored to work with you.

My approach to therapy

When you work with me, my goal is to make sure you always feel safe, respected, and understood. I know it can be hard to reach out for help, and I want you to know that I provide a judgment-free space. You can talk openly with me about what you’re going through, and I will listen with compassion and honesty.

My approach to treatment is simple: I work with you as a partner. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care. Instead, I take time to understand your story, your challenges, and your strengths. Together, we figure out what’s getting in the way of your well-being and come up with a plan that fits your life and your goals.

I want to help you regain control, feel more balanced, and move toward the life you want. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, or anything else that feels heavy, you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to support you, guide you, and help you build the tools you need to feel better.

My promise is to be empathetic, caring, and honest with you every step of the way. You deserve to feel heard, valued, and hopeful—and I’m here to help you get there.

What you can expect from me

At your initial visit, you can expect to spend about an hour together for assessment, evaluation, diagnostic clarification, and education related to your symptoms. We will also discuss options for medications, and develop your initial treatment plan together. As we continue to work together, we will consistently address your areas of concern.
