I am a working in my dream profession. It is an honor to work with others and help them along their journey.
I graduated from Regis University and have a wide variety of experiences. From working with individuals mandated to attend therapy to those seeking relief from anxiety, I have gathered knowledge that helps to meet individuals where they are at.
I believe that behavior can be changed by challenging one's beliefs that lead to certain thoughts and behaviors. I like to gather as much information from clients to better know them and take note of themes that may be present in their lives.
I hope that clients feel seen and heard after our sessions. While some sessions may be uncomfortable, the goal is for clients to still have a sense of their best interest is being met. I envision clients learning to manage their life with the tools they gain from the therapeutic process.
