Great to meet you!

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with a PhD in developmental psychology. I am based in Northern California and work with clients statewide via telehealth. I currently work with adults in individual therapy addressing a variety of subjects that include anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship issues, grief, stress, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a safe and comfortable environment where you can feel seen and heard. My communication style is to be fully present and to sincerely listen to you in order to gain a full understanding and clarification of your needs. My approach is to be a supportive and active listener while encouraging you as we walk through this journey together to improve your overall quality of life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, I will spend time learning about you, why you are seeking therapeutic services, and what you are hoping to gain as we work together. We will work collaboratively to discuss what our sessions will look like moving forward, outcomes, goals, and expectations.
