Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated mental health clinician committed to helping patients better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that each person has the capacity for growth when given the right support and tools.

I have a background in working with individuals across the lifespan, with particular experience supporting patients with anxiety, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and relationship challenges. I also work with patients who struggle with self-worth, perfectionism, and patterns of self-criticism, helping them build a more compassionate and balanced relationship with themselves.

I earned my degree in Clinical Psychology at University of Hartford, and I continue to engage in ongoing education to stay current with best practices in mental health care. My goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized care that supports patients in building resilience, clarity, and a stronger sense of self.

My approach to therapy

I focus on increasing self-awareness, developing practical coping strategies, and helping patients make sense of their emotional experiences . Style wise, I use direct/straightforward communication focused on solutions and being able to move forward. Sessions are collaborative and interactive.

What you can expect from me

Our first therapy session is about getting oriented and building a foundation rather than diving deeply into everything right away. It can feel a little formal at first—but that’s intentional to set goals and structure the treatment. We work collaboratively to set a framework for treatment and work together to strategies on helping you meet those goals.
