Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you're navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, or challenges within your relationships and family. Reaching out for support is a meaningful step, and you deserve a space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted just as you are.

I'm Stephanie, a licensed clinical social worker in Florida, and I approach therapy with warmth, compassion, respect, and sensitivity. My goal is to create a safe, trusting, and judgment-free space where we can work together to better understand the challenges you're facing, explore the experiences and patterns that may be contributing to them, and build on the strengths you already possess. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and you don't have to navigate it alone. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels right for you, helping you find greater balance, strengthen your relationships, and move toward a more grounded, fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to provide warm, compassionate, and personalized support that honors each client’s unique needs and empowers them to move toward their personal goals. My approach combines practical, present-focused tools with a deeper understanding of the experiences and patterns that shape who we are. Together, we may explore ways to calm an anxious mind and body, challenge thoughts that feel like facts, make space for difficult emotions, and better understand patterns in family and relationship dynamics. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. You set the pace, and I provide guidance, structure, and a safe space to help you navigate challenges, build on your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space. I want you to feel comfortable sharing your story, knowing that you’ll be met with compassion, understanding, and respect. We’ll explore what brought you to therapy, your background, the challenges you’ve been navigating, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There’s no pressure to share everything at once; we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we’ll begin identifying your strengths, clarifying your goals, and developing an approach that feels supportive and tailored to your needs. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and with a greater sense of clarity and direction as you begin your journey toward healing and meaningful change.
