Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Stephanie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should feel supportive, practical, and genuinely human. I take a whole-person approach to care, recognizing the strong connection between emotional and physical health and how stress, anxiety, and life experiences can impact every part of your well-being.

I work with adults in their late 20s through 50s who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, burnout, relationship stress, life transitions, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together while feeling overwhelmed internally. Many of my clients are high functioning on the outside but struggling quietly beneath the surface.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes without judgment. For clients who desire it, I also thoughtfully integrate Christian faith into the therapy process in a respectful and supportive way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, solution focused, and grounded in authenticity. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and actionable, helping you better understand yourself while also building practical tools you can use in everyday life.

Together, we’ll explore patterns, identify triggers, improve coping skills, and work through the challenges that may be keeping you stuck. I strive to create an environment that feels warm, comfortable, and real, and I often incorporate humor when appropriate because healing does not always have to feel heavy.

I tailor therapy to each individual client, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to growth. My goal is to help you gain greater self-awareness, emotional balance, clarity, and confidence so you can move forward feeling more grounded and aligned in your life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you’re currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the process.

I know starting therapy can feel vulnerable, so I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and never judged. We’ll also explore whether we feel like a good fit, because feeling safe and connected with your therapist is one of the most important parts of meaningful therapy work.

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting. We’ll take it one step at a time together.
