Great to meet you!

I believe that meaningful therapy begins with feeling safe, heard, and accepted. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental, affirming, and culturally responsive space where clients can openly explore their experiences, challenges, and goals. I strive to meet each person with curiosity, compassion, and respect, recognizing that every individual’s story is unique.

I have experience working with clients navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, relationships concerns, trauma and stress. also have a particular interest in supporting individuals impacted by adoption, as well as those navigating the emotional and lifestyle changes that can accompany bariatric surgery and other significant life transitions. I am committed to providing inclusive care that honors each client’s values, identities, and lived experiences.

I earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of New England. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, bariatric journey, trauma, stress, or personal growth, I look forward to partnering with you to build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

Grounded in humanistic principles, emphasizing personal growth, self-awareness, and self-acceptance through empathy and unconditional positive regard I integrate evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients. Additionally, I am Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and maintain certification through ongoing training and continued education in trauma-informed care.

What you can expect from me

Clients often describe me as warm, nonjudgmental, and direct. I believe therapy works best when you can show up as your authentic self, and I strive to create a space where you feel accepted, supported, and understood. I also recognize that therapy looks different for everyone, so I do my best to meet people where they are rather than where they think they “should” be.

The first session is a chance for us to get to know one another. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what challenges you’re facing, and what you’d like to be different in your life. I’ll spend time learning about your story, and together we’ll begin identifying goals that feel important to you. Most importantly, my hope is that you leave feeling heard, respected, and a little less alone in whatever you’re carrying.
