Great to meet you!

Everyone has a story; a narrative of life's impact on how they think, feel and behave. It is a privilege to hear your story and my responsibility to honor it with confidentiality and care. I am excited to come along side you and re-narrate the story of your life in a way that empowers you and gives you insight towards healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I view counseling as an invitation to support as you navigate areas that disorient because of unresolved feelings and beliefs. If you allow me to walk with you, together we will explore how life experiences, family norms, and social dynamics play a role in how you think and respond. Together we will develop a set of goals that will help you to move forward and find greater purpose and a sense of wholeness.

What you can expect from me

My responsibility is to help you develop skills and tools for forward motion while working through trauma, distorted cognition and poor core values. Through a positive psychological therapeutic approach, you are affirmed as creative, proactive, meaning-making beings capable of making choices and taking responsibility for those choices. You are the expert and a cooperative client/counselor relationship empowers you to reconstruct the complicated parts of your life’s story.
