Great to meet you!

My goal is to help all my clients live the life they want. I want to help you figure out how to accept limitations, identify alternatives, and dream big! The world is both messy and exciting, let's figure out how to navigate it together.

I’m an eclectic therapist, taking everything I've learned over the past 10 years and adapting it to meet the needs of my patients. This might include art therapy, CBT, trauma-informed, and more. I especially like to incorporate humor into my sessions, along with creating a space that welcomes people however they are.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to see if it's a good fit. .

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help clients live the life they want by creating space for honest exploration, growth, and acceptance. I work to help people navigate life’s messiness—whether that means accepting limitations, identifying new paths, or dreaming big. Therapy with me is collaborative, adaptive, and human—I bring humor, creativity, and over 10 years of eclectic experience to support each person in a way that fits their unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling seen, supported, and equipped with practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. Whether through humor, reflection, or skill-building, I aim to help you gain clarity, self-compassion, and a renewed sense of direction. Each session is tailored to meet you where you are—and move you forward.
