Great to meet you!

I believe the work of therapy is to empower each of us to build the life we seek. Depression and anxiety can interfere with our ability to create, relate, and achieve.

I have served as a mental health advocate in the community through the National Alliance of Mental Illness. I now work with individuals and families to advocate for their mental health needs in the community. I will connect you to support in all areas of life and society.

My approach to therapy

Working with a therapist you trust can remove roadblocks and allow a person to be and feel more authentic. I approach my work with compassion to create a safe space to allow you to explore what is holding you back or causing you distress. I will use various therapeutic techniques, with evidence-based practices shown to reduce or alleviate symptoms/concerns and improve overall functioning and wellness.

What you can expect from me

Through listening, validation, and learning your unique needs, I will create a plan specifically catered to you to improve functioning across areas and life satisfaction. We will explore and understand thoughts and behaviors that impact your current state of being and how past experiences can shape and impact the present moment.
