I have a B.A. in Forensic Psychology, M.A. in Mental Health Counseling and Credentialed in Alcoholism and Substance Abuse- (A.D) Advanced Counselor.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I help adults identify habits and change behaviors so that they feel more capable and in control; this enables them to live life to their fullest potential, and feel better about themselves. I am experienced working with adults with a wide variety of issues and diagnoses. I have training and experience in treating clients with culture-related issues, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, life transitions, trauma, substance/alcohol abuse, work/life balance, and relational issues.

What you can expect from our first session

I truly believe that we all deserve to be cared for and understood, with no judgement, no matter what your past and present is. You deserve to be heard, feel safe and be happy. You are important, you matter, you are enough and capable.

I want to empower you because it takes a lot of courage to come to therapy. You are making the effort to be the better version of you, in moments that do not feel like it. Take a chance and allow me to get you started and guide you through this journey.
