Great to meet you!

I have been in the social work field for over a decade working with adults with addictions, new parents on strengthening and understanding attachment, foster/adoptive parents, young adults with autism, the acquired brain injury population, and mother's struggling with depression and anxiety. I truly enjoy helping others and social work has been my calling to allow me to do so.

My approach to therapy

My approach is nonjudgmental, I believe in meeting all clients where they are. This is your treatment and I am here to support you through the process. Join me in building a client/therapist working relationship. I look forward to accompanying you on this journey to bettering your mental health.
