Great to meet you!

My family is my ultimate priority, and it grounds me in the Savior's light. I am also a proud member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, a seeker of truth, and a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner. God has guided my path to my profession, and I feel called to help others heal as I have been healed.

I had crippling anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I also suffered from shooting pains down my legs and arms, burning, numbness, and overwhelming fatigue. My journey through trial and challenge has been very hard. The difficulty has only been overcome through faith and discernment as I have sought God's hand on my healing journey.

I no longer suffer from anxiety, depression, or ADHD. My pain, diagnosed as small fiber neuropathy, is greatly in remission, with only the occasional flare. I seek to heal, and I choose to act on what God guides me to do as I continue to seek. As I overcome, I am blessed, and I know I can teach others to overcome through the wisdom gained from experience and my professional education.

My approach to therapy

I get to know my patients and meet them where they are. I seek to understand on a deep level and know what tools you have and what tools you need. I seek to help center healing with the Savior as the foundation and God at the head, so I recommend and point often to the Savior's atonement and repentance. Repentance is the greatest tool God has given us to change — a turning of heart and mind that returns the scattered parts of self into the loving arms of the atonement.

What you can expect from me

A first session helps us get to know each other to make sure we are the right fit as provider and client. It lays the foundations for breaking down what isn't working and blossoming through hard work into growth that lasts and works long-term.
