Great to meet you!

I am a proud follower of Jesus Christ, a seeker of truth, and a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner. My practice helps individuals willing to put in the consistency to create significant lifestyle changes by doing the work to break old patterns and grow new ones.

God has heavily guided my path to my profession, and I feel called to help others heal as I have been healed. With the right tools, hard work, and consistency, true change is possible.

I treat patients across the lifespan, in individual and group settings. I specialize in patients looking for ongoing therapy to change the trajectory of their lives, mental health for chronically ill individuals, and deprescribing psychiatric medications. I also specialize in addiction, ADHD, OCD, depression, pregnancy & postpartum mental health.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in therapy to address underlying core-pattern work so you can determine the root cause of why you do what you do. Together, we explore yourself, and with your lead, I guide the change of deeply entrenched patterns. I use a wide array of tools and approaches, including nutrition, IFS-informed parts work, and guided meditation (MBCT & DBT).

Among other approaches, I also like to center healing on the Savior and bring God into therapy, but I understand that not every approach is the right fit for every person. Meeting you where you are and letting your needs and wants guide the tools I bring into the session is my goal.

What you can expect from me

My approach begins with understanding where you are. What tools you have, and what tools you need and want. A first session helps us get to know each other to make sure we are the right fit as provider and client. It lays the foundations of where you are coming from, what you are looking for, and how I can help you. The true change comes from the work that follows with consistency and a tailored approach that fits every part of you.
