Great to meet you!

I have spent the past 15 years helping adolescents and teens work to see beyond today. I am certified in Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Multi-Dimentional Family Therapy, and Seeking Safety. As well as long practiced in Trauma Informed Care. I have received both my Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, and am currentlyy working towards completing a Doctorate in Traumatology from Liberty University. My trauma work originally stemmed from being a Marine Corps veteran, and witnessing the effects on my comrades. However, grew into youth work through becoming a part of the local education system. I now love working with kids to have a brighter view of their future.

My approach to therapy

I am both direct and honest from the beginning. I will do my part to help clients reach their goals. I am fluent in sarcasm which makes working with adolescents and teens more successful and I love explaining "why" in order to help clients better understand and more motivated to buy into their own progress.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe, respectful environment. As well as active participation towards goal achievement.
