Great to meet you!

I received my Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from California State University San Marcos with a concentration in Mental Health.

Throughout the years, I have worked with individuals of all ages and different walks of life. I understand that life is not linear and that everyone has lived different experiences. Therefore, respect, compassion, and understanding are necessary. I love to connect with my clients on a human level.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide support, guidance, and a safe space to allow my clients to find growth and feel empowered throughout their healing journey.

My approach is geared towards creating an organic and nonjudgmental environment in which clients can be themselves, process their struggles, insecurities, and fears.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to empower and be an advocate for my clients to help them remove shame, guilt, and uncover their truth.
