My counseling experience include extensive work with gender identity, issues related to substance use, trauma and other areas of mental/behavioral health that can, at times, impact daily lifestyle and routines.

My approach is toward personal empowerment that supports and encourage lifestyle balance in daily living. Through a person-centered approach and active engagement, services are geared toward knowledge and skill building for effective living.
