Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Stephanie, PhD, LCSW—a licensed clinical social worker with a passion for helping people feel more grounded, empowered, and connected in their lives. I’ve been working in the mental health field for several years, working with adults and young adults who are looking to improve their mental health, navigate life’s challenges, or gain a deeper understanding of themselves

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which helps us explore the connection between your thoughts and feelings—and how even small shifts in thinking can lead to meaningful, lasting change. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where your goals guide the process. During the intake, we’ll take time to understand what’s bringing you in and what you hope to get out of therapy. I value honesty, curiosity, and humor—and believe progress doesn’t have to be linear to be meaningful. I enjoy working with adults and young adults who are ready to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors more deeply, especially those navigating anxiety, life transitions, or recovery from addiction. Together, we’ll build practical tools and insights to support lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
