Great to meet you!

Welcome! I work with clients ages 5 through 35, treating a wide range of complex diagnoses. My areas of focus include, but are not limited to, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma, family and couples relationships, and major life transitions.

I am dually licensed in Arizona, as well as Connecticut, and have been practicing since 2019. I have a Master’s degree in Education, focused on Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

I began my career working on an inpatient psychiatric unit, where I gained extensive experience supporting individuals with acute and complex mental health needs. I later transitioned into outpatient care.

My approach is both supportive and practical, helping clients better understand themselves while also working toward meaningful, lasting change. I tailor therapy to each individual’s needs, meeting you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.

My approach to therapy

I am a warm, compassionate therapist who creates a welcoming and supportive space where clients feel truly seen and understood. My approach is solution-focused, helping you identify practical steps toward meaningful change while staying grounded in your unique goals and values. While I prioritize empathy and connection, I also believe growth sometimes requires honest reflection. When appropriate, I offer gentle challenge and direct feedback to help you move through patterns that may be holding you back. My style balances support with accountability, empowering you to build insight, resilience, and confidence as you navigate life’s challenges. Together, we’ll work collaboratively to create lasting, positive change in a way that feels both encouraging and effective. I utilize solution-focused therapy, rational-emotive behavioral therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where we begin getting to know each other and building a genuine, trusting relationship. I believe that strong rapport is the foundation of meaningful therapy, so we’ll take time to ensure you feel comfortable, heard, and understood. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, explore your current challenges, and discuss your goals—what you’d like to see change or improve in your life. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share any concerns, and get a sense of my approach. Together, we’ll start creating a clear direction for our work, focusing on what matters most to you and how we can move toward meaningful, lasting change.

If you do not see an appt time that works for you, please reach out to me as I can override and book additional appt times!
